02Yard gate · truck from the mill
Steel arrives from mills in Vietnam and abroad. Every coil and bundle is marked with its batch number at the yard so the CO/CQ certificate can be traced when needed.
03Section yard · batch label
Batch labels and steel grades are checked against the order and its CO/CQ documents.
04Inspection bench · gauge
Type, thickness and dimensions are measured again and checked against the purchase order before the steel leaves the yard.
05Inspection light · leveller
The surface of each piece is looked over; warped plate and sections go through the leveller to straighten them before delivery.

Every bundle is weighed before loading. You receive the exact tonnage and length on the order — never short.

Four core product lines
Structural sections and crane rail, hot-rolled plate, seamless pipe, galvanised pipe and hollow section. Every size below is taken straight from our current stock list — check the size range, the steel grade and the mill before you call.
Columns, primary beams, crane runways
H100 up to H900 for columns and primary beams; light rail P8 – P30, heavy rail P38 – P50 and crane rail QU70 – QU120 for the runway. Rail ships with fishplates, bolts, rail clips and pads, so one order covers the whole set.
Gussets, base plates, tank shells, shipbuilding
2 to 100mm thick, up to 2500mm wide. The plant cuts to your drawing — plasma and CNC gas cutting from your CAD file, deburred and bundled by batch — which takes a whole machining step off the workshop or contractor.
Steam and oil & gas lines, fire mains, structures
Seamless pipe has no longitudinal weld, so there is no heat-affected zone and hoop stress is spread evenly. That is why specifications for steam, oil and gas and hazardous-media lines call for seamless pipe — a pressure or high-temperature run cannot be substituted with welded pipe.
Water lines, scaffolding, outdoor frames
The zinc layer is sacrificial and protects the steel beneath, so outdoor structures need no maintenance painting: a scratch or a drilled hole on site does not turn into rust eating into the wall. Choose pre-galvanised Z120 – Z275 or hot-dip to TCVN 5408 (ISO 1461) to suit the installation environment.

Our workshop, invested in since 2005, runs a coil slitting line, hydraulic levellers, CNC plasma / oxy-fuel cutting and a 35-tonne overhead crane. CNC cutting and plate shearing follow your drawings closely and every batch passes QC inspection, so mis-cut parts needing rework are close to zero. Cutting orders are handled as soon as they reach the workshop, with no long wait.
01 Hot-rolled coil slitting line for 1.2 – 23mm thickness, cut-to-length plate from 1 – 12m and slitting to your strip widths.
02 A CLS-16.6300 hydraulic leveller brings sections and plate back to true. Our Yawei PBA-500/6200 CNC press brake, with 500 tonnes of bending force, forms L, U, C and Z sections up to 6.2m long.
03 Straight cutting, CNC plasma / oxy-fuel profile cutting from CAD files and band sawing of solid round bar, to a tolerance of ±1mm.
04 Components are dipped in a 450 °C zinc bath, with coating thickness to the TCVN 5408 (ISO 1461) tables for 30 – 50 years of protection on outdoor and coastal structures.
05 Self-loading crane trucks and 5 – 30 tonne lorries deliver to sites throughout central Vietnam and the Central Highlands.
Our growth
2002 Tấn Quốc Co., Ltd was licensed on 17/07/2002, starting out as a shop trading steel of all kinds with 4 staff and turnover of around 3 billion VND a year, serving customers across the Đà Nẵng area.
2005 The fabrication shop at Lot 6, Street 9A, Hòa Khánh Industrial Park, with an overhead crane and lines for coil decoiling, cut-to-length and levelling: Tấn Quốc could now process hot-rolled coil to each customer’s own specification instead of only distributing it.
2008 A major turning point: investing in a mill rolling U, I and V sections, with two 20-tonne overhead cranes, a rolling mill line and a reheating furnace. Sections carrying the Tấn Quốc name quickly took a large share of the market in central Vietnam and the Central Highlands.
Today The Tấn Quốc Building head office at 267 Hoàng Diệu, 4 warehouses and the plant in Hòa Khánh Industrial Park, more than 150 employees, more than 500 partners, and a presence on over 60% of the major projects in central Vietnam and the Central Highlands.
